He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Collier and Mildred Collier; and his sister Janice Russell. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Gooldin Collier (Oak Ridge); his children, Nathan (Maria Collier) of Knoxville, TN, Aaron (Hilary Collier) of Cresson, TX and Rebekah (Philip Williams) of Grovetown, GA; his grandchildren, Amos, Ella Collier, Eden, Levi, Anna and Joy Williams; his siblings, Kenneth Collier and Donna (Don Parker); and his niece Jennie Buckingham.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to UT Hospice.
