It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Raymond Keiser of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on July 21, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Keiser and Elizabeth Keiser (Belcher); and his sons, Kerry Nelson, Bryan Keiser and Bradley Keiser Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Keiser (Freeman) of Oak Ridge, TN.; his children, David Nelson (Terri) of Franklin, TN, Jennifer Keiser Voas (Jay) of Cumberland, RI, Sherry Nelson of Knoxville, TN, Kathryn Boullie (James) of Oak Ridge, TN and Sara Keiser-Mindrup (Robert) of Oak Ridge, TN; his grandchildren, Bryan, Joshua, Cameron, Mariah Nelson, Alex Lusk, Kerrin Lane, Tyler, Seth Boullie, Riley Voas, Finnley, William, Mitchell and Demi Mindrup; his great grandchildren, Chloe Nelson, Ava, Luke Robinson, Scout, Jonas Nelson, Kaleigh, Kyndal Clabough and Reagan Lane; and his siblings, Phillip Keiser (Kathleen) of Highland, IL and Joan Machacek (James) of Westfield, MA..
