She is survived by: her children, Greg Underwood (Star Underwood), Stacie Slayton (Victor Slayton) and Shannon Garrett (Steve Garrett); and her grandchildren, Jessica Collins (Curtis Collins), JT Underwood, Blake Garrett, Corey Hrynda (Tabby McLendon) and Tyler Garrett.
