He is survived by: his wife Margaret S. Willard; his sons, Jeff Lewis (Pam) and Steve Lewis (Susan); his grandchildren, Casey and Aaron Wise; his children, Jason Lewis (Wendi), Tim Lewis and Stefanie Smith (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Eva and Abe Wise; his grandchildren, Jayce, Clay Lewis and Caden Smith; and his siblings, Dan West (Brenda) and Obilee Rhyne (Kenny).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Woodhaven Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (160 Edgemoor Rd, Powell, TN 37849).
