He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Leroy and Mary Helen Puckett; and his siblings, Paul Puckett and Rita Puckett. He is survived by: his son Joesph Brian Puckett; his siblings, Ron Puckett, Jerry Puckett, Steve Puckett, Tammy Taylor and Helen Seymour; and his nephews, Gary Lester Taylor (Carley) and Gary Wayne Massengill (Crystal). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
