It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Ralph Baker of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, born in Speedwell, Tennessee, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Baker and Myrtle Baker. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Joann Baker; his children, Larry Baker (Loretta) of Nashville and Sharon Baker Rivers (Randy) of Knoxville; and his brother Wayne Baker of LaFollette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID restrictions the family will hold a private ceremony.
