She is survived by: her close friend Molly (Wheaton Terrier); her children, David Stephens (Donna), Jeffrey Stephens, Marla Gragg, Norma LaValley (Paul) and Paula Boatright; her grandchildren, Erin, Laura, Kimberly, Kelsey, Gregory and Colin; her great grandchildren, Aidan, Jeremiah, Alice, Lucy, Xavier and Skylar; her siblings, Ronnie Stone (Ellen) and Mary Ruth Hayworth; her close friend Charlene Bowman Boyd; her friends, Sybil Wallace, Larry, Joann Gragg, Jan Pierce, Bob Schenley, Jake, Mandy Fitzpatrick, Paul Akers, Barbara Reeves, Jan Lyons, Carmen and Eleno Fernandez; and her caregivers, Marie Burgess, Brenda Chaney, Rhonda Brown and Olivia Keesee.
