She is survived by: her sons, Matt Martin (Ericca) and Josh Martin (Katelyn); her grandchildren, Matthias, Avalynn and Harmony; her brothers, Michael Wayne Bartley (Van Freese) and Jason Bartley; her nephews, Jason Bartley and Andrew Bartley; and her niece Leigha Bartley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a local children's hospital.
