She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Cotton" Boroughs; and her parents, Johnny Hastings Jones and Ethel Juanita Jones. She is survived by: her son Jon Boroughs (Eileen); her grandchildren, Isaak and Billy of Chattanooga, Tennessee; her children, Craig Boroughs of Keystone, Colorado and Jilleah Gayle Welch (Billy Welch); and her grandsons, Wyatt, Jacob and Oscar of Farragut, Tennessee.. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
