It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille H. Jeffers of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on October 8, 2022, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Aubrey Jeffers; her parents, Livie Hall and Hobert Hall; and her siblings, Olene Owens, Lois Hughes, Robert Hall and Hobert Hall, Jr..

She is survived by: her siblings, Gerlene Reed, Earnastine Beatty, Luedia McMeans and Calvin Hall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
