She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Anderson and Roger Van Pelt Anderson. She is survived by: her children, David DeVan (Linda) of Knoxville, William DeVan (Dorothy) of Oak Ridge, Matthew DeVan (Connie) of Lynchburg, VA and Virginia Shaner (Michael) of Oak Ridge. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
