He is survived by: his wife Cristal Stevens Case; his mother Nancy Haese; his sister Deb Armstrong; his aunt Jean Cribb; his nephews, Drew and Matthew Armstrong; his father-in-law Ralph Stevens; his close friend Phil Watson; and his caregiver Canice Listenbee.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Highland View Church of Christ.
