She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Collinsworth and Ethel Mullins Collinsworth. She is survived by: her sister Pauline Nickell of Mt. Sterling, KY; and her brother-in-law Harold Blevins (Diane) of Maryville, TN. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hazel Valley Memorial Cemetery.
