We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2022, at the age of 97, Mildred McGuffin Taylor of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, born in Harriman, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Paul Taylor, Sr.; her son Patrick Wayne Taylor; and her grandson Marcus Harrell of Knoxville. She is survived by: her children, Martha Ellen Farley (James) of Murfreesboro and Edwin Paul Taylor, Jr. (Jerrie) of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Maggie Farley McDaniel (Erik) of Jasper, Angie Farley Keating (Peter) of Murfreesboro and Mika Lay (Jack) of Knoxville; her great grandchildren, Josiah McDaniel (Caraline), Abbie McDaniel (Riley Dotson), Olivia Blanton (Blayne), Kiley McDaniel, Jedidiah McDaniel, Judah McDaniel, Graham Keating, Martha Amelia Keating, Annabelle Keating, Morgan Baum (Brandon), Madison Lay (Jordon Best), Parker Harrell and Ayden Harrell; her parents, Charles Edgar McGuffin, Sr. and Maggie Helfenberger McGuffin; her siblings, Charles Edgar McGuffin, Jr. of Harriman, Pauline Bullins Cavin of Oak Ridge, Wilda Bebee of Grand Junction, CO and Robert McGuffin of Kingston; and also, Charlize Hammond and Katheryn Cove McDaniel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
