He was predeceased by: his wife Murlene; and his brother Jim Triplett. He is survived by: his sons, Doug (Robin), Derrick (Risa), Dale (Rhonda) and Darren (Karen); his brother Jerry Triplett; and his friends, Bob Hicky and Lynn Pace. He is also survived by "Dad" to his sons and a jovial "Pa" to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Milton's honor to Calvary Baptist Church, where he was a congregant.
