It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Kaye Silcox of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, born in Harriman, Tennessee, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harvey and Peggy Bullard Harvey. She is survived by: her husband Frank Silcox, Sr.; her children, Frank Silcox, Jr. of Oliver Springs, Tennessee, Jennifer Groner of Oliver Springs, Amanda Silcox of Oak Ridge and Crystal Silcox of Atlanta, Georgia; and her siblings, Parrish Harvey (Tracy) of South Carolina and Amy Williams (Tommy) of Hammond, Tennessee. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
