She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Greg Bell; and her parents, Josie Seiber Daugherty and Andy Seiber. She is survived by: her stepson William "Will" Bell; her grandchildren, Chase Woods, Lucas Bell and Harry Bell; her siblings, A. J. Seiber (Louise), David Seiber, Ruby Harness (Marvin), Ina Nix (Thurston), Mary Seeber, Martha Partin (Clif), Edna Edwards, Janet Daugherty Smith, Judy Daugherty, Becky Brown (Clayton) and Tammy Kennedy (Dewayne); and her nieces and nephews, Timmy, Davey, Tammy, Jennifer, Chuck, Kimberly, Jamie, Tony, Tasha, Brandon, Eric, Josie, Nick, Stacy, Tracey, Tyler, Dylan and Sarah.
