He was predeceased by: his daughter Megan Marie; his parents, Diana G. LeMaster and Thomas L. Ford; and his mother-in-law Mary Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ford; his children, Brian Ford (Gail) and Tiffany Roberts (Zach); his son-in-law Cody Marie; his grandchildren, Ayden Roberts, Laiken Roberts, Abigail Ford, Willow Ford and Rylan Marie; his sisters, Tammy Ray (Coy), Serena Martz, Bridgette Hasty (Henry) and Janet Weatherly; his father-in-law Johnny Thomas; his uncle Howard; and his aunt Flossie Ford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mott-McKamey Funeral Home (1017 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN 37830). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Sunset Cemetery.
