With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Allen Shepard of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 20, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lena Holman Allen and Horace Raymond Allen; her siblings, Dr. Frank Allen, Barbara Haskell of Tuftonboro and N. H. (Robert L. Shepard) of Oak Ridge, TN.; and her husband Robert Lane Shepard. She was also cherished by her many friends and family.
