He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Blattner and Sylvia Blattner; and his siblings, Jim, John, Tom, Chuck and Mildred Bea.
He is survived by: his sister Marge Nencka (Shari Blattner); his son Eddie Blattner (Jean); his grandson CJ; his daughter Jessica Harron; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Madeline, Emma and Liam.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, his number one charity, although he had many.
