She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Alfred Jones and Leona Elsea Grant; her stepfather Charles M.; her grandson Mark Anthony Ellis; her sisters, Darlene Reed and Elsie; her grandson-in-law John Rains; her grandchildren, Jessica Dickinson, Cheyenne Payne and Benjamin Cross; and the fathers of children, Larry Hall and Jerry Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Powell (Kevin) of Harriman, TN, Pam Riddle (Nathan) of Graysville, TN, Candy Rains of Harrison, TN, Mary Ellen Hall of Harrison, TN, Moses Payne (Sarah) of Oak Ridge, TN and Amanda Pardo (Juan) of Dayton, TN; and her siblings, Michael Grant, Brenda Wooten, William Jones (Lucy), Linda Daniels and Rita Thomas. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and special family friends.
