She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Joseph Bedard; her parents, Eugene Thomas Flanagan and Shirley Bingle Flanagan; and her brother Kevin Flanagan. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Jo Ellis of Oak Ridge and Randall Eugene Bedard of West Knoxville; her grandchildren, Kristina Ellis of Knoxville and Caleb Bedard of Knoxville; her niece Tiffany Bingle Hague of Florida; and her nephew Paul Thomas Flanagan of Florida Several. She is also survived by Several extended family members & friends.
