He is survived by: his wife Cindy L Tibbetts; his children, Shawn "Devan" Tibbetts, Collin Taylor Caldwell (Savannah Fleming), Kayla Marie Caldwell, Megan Renea Caldwell and Alexis Ann Caldwell; his grandchild Fenric Caldwell; his father Robert J Caldwell; and his sisters, Robin Caldwell (Karen Parrott) and Wendy Caldwell.
