It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shelby Kindle Douglass of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, born in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on May 12, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Spivey Douglass. She is survived by: her children, Dick Hull (Kate), Lance Hull (Michelle) and Kristin Langenberg (Michael). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; several nieces & nephews; as well as many other relatives.
