We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2022, at the age of 60, Tammy Calvert of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, born in Orlando, Florida passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tammy Calvert to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Samuel L. Poston; her grandparents, Raymond, Lynnis Spoon (Middlebrook Pike) and Maggie L. Poston of Augusta, GA; her parents-in-law, Opal and Oney Calvert of Oak Ridge; and her cousins, Steve, Eddie, Rachel and Mark Anthony Ellis.
She is survived by: her husband John Gregory Calvert; her son Samuel P. Calvert of Knoxville, TN; her stepdaughter Julie D. Calvert of Oak Ridge, TN; her mother Charlotte Spoon Poston of Clinton, TN; her grandchildren, Megan McCroskey, Jonathan Ellis, Breana Ellis, Lane Coffey and Grant Coffey-Calvert; her siblings-in-law, Lynn Calvert, Doug Calvert, Gary Calvert (Linda) and Karen Calvert Baker (Mike) of Oak Ridge; her cousin Donna Spoon Lea (John) of Steinhatchee, FL.; her close friend Punta Gorda; and her caregivers, Allyson, Diana, Abel, Patrick, Rachel, Tammie and Elaine Capezzi. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles and many cousins, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Hospital, the American Cancer Society or in the form of pet food or pet supplies to the Oak Ridge Animal Shelter.
