He was predeceased by: his father Ben Mullins. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Mullins; his wife Deborah Mullins; his children, Alex Mullins (Meghan) and Melissa Jay (Terry); his grandchildren, Oliver, Madeleine, Nellie and Henry; and his siblings, Steve Mullins (Ashley), Pam Mullins and Sherry Mullins Menefee. He is also survived by several other relatives, friends.
