It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Scott of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Cleveland Scott Sr. and Ruby May Scott; his siblings, Coleman Cleveland Scott Jr. and Katherine Ray Scott; and his wife Janet Cosby Scott.

He is survived by: his children, Jan Coleman Stocks, John Stocks, David Thomas Scott and Michelle Scott; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace Scott, Daniel Thomas Scott, Tariq Frazier and Cole Inman Stocks.
