He is survived by: his parents, Carol Smallridge and Bob Smallridge; his siblings, Cheryl, Reid Kress, Julie and Bill Dallas; and his close friends, Darwyn Cox, Donna Lebrecht and Sherry Jo Brown. He is also survived by 4 nieces, 7 nephews.
