He was predeceased by: his brother John; and his sister-in-law Rosann. He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine, Jennifer and Emma; his brother David; his wife Wendy; and his family, Pierce Physical Therapy, Genesis Neuroscience Clinic, Beverly and Carolyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to Aid to Distressed Families of Appalachian Counties (ADFAC), Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM), or the Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee.
