As Norman departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Norman may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Norman leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Malinus Daniel Pratt and Dorthy Graham Pratt; and his daughter Kimberly Justice. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Clark Pratt; and his children, Daniel Pratt, Cindy Hamilton, Debby Gossett, Teheresa Miller and Connie Brasch (Bill Ratliff). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many more extended family members and friends.
