She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Steele and Minnie Steele (Vance) of Steeles, WV.; her husband James W. Bailey; her siblings, Abert Steele, Virgie Justice, Essie Mullins, Nellie Worthington and Stella Browning; and her son-in-law David Lohmann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Eskins (Rick) of Oakland, TN and Sandra Lohmann of Arden, NC. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
