He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Duggin and Martha L. Sellars. He is survived by: his wife Diana Tatum; his brothers, Jerry Duggin (Dottie) of Franklin, KY and Harold Duggin (Vicki) of Jackson, TN; and his brother-in-law Wayne Tatum of Oakland, TN. He is also survived by one niece; and four nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery (4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd, Memphis, TN 38125).
