He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Neal Casem; his daughter Cearra Nicole Casem; and his father Benito Apiado Casem. He is survived by: his spouse Chermale Kimberly Casem; his sons, Juan Apiado Casem II and Emmanuel Melvyn Casem; and his sisters, Felicia Clark and Patricia Hayslett.
