In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Kenneth leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Kenneth may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace "Sam" Garrard and Ruby Garrard; and his brother Charlie Garrard. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Garrard; his children, Regina Garrard, Micheal Garrard (Shelly), Katina Garrard and Karena Byers; and his sister-in-law Martha Garrard. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park East (2440 Whitten Rd, Memphis, TN 38133). A burial was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Forest Hill East Cemetery (2440 Whitten Rd, Memphis, TN 38133).
