She was predeceased by: her parents, Mac Holcomb and Dorothy Holland Holcomb. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Eugene Webb, Sr. of Obion; and her son Tommy Eugene Webb, Jr. of Martin. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cryer Funeral Home (206 E Main Ave, Obion, TN 38240). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
