He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny J. Worthey and Shirley Forgey Worthey. He is survived by: his wife Rita Worthey; his daughters, Lora (Ross Miller) and Dana (Phil Trentham); his grandchildren, Lily Anne Miller, Levi Avery Trentham, Kyren Reid Trentham, Lexi Jane and Lainey Lou Trentham; and his brothers, Max (Dorothy Worthey) and Alvin Worthey.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (920 Welcome Valley Rd, Benton, TN 37307). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery (920 Welcome Valley Rd, Benton, TN 37307).
