She is survived by: her husband Lewis; her sons, Stanley Thompson (Holly) of Cleveland and Roger Thompson (Kelley) of Cleveland, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Matthew Thompson, Maggie Miller, Taylor Thompson, Alexia Thompson, Kyra Carr and Kendra Carr; her great grandchildren, Haven Hair, Hayes Thompson, Remi Thompson, Rhett Miller, Millie Miller, Travis Thompson and Dottie Miller; and her sisters, Lavada Harris of Gastonia and Margaret Franklin (Perry) of Copperhill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the JIM Rush Funeal and Cremation Services, Wildwood Ave. Chapel (220 Wildwood Ave, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
