He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson; his nephew Joseph Leamon; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Shahan and Marshall Silcox.
He is survived by: his son Christopher; his siblings, Steven Johnson (Nicole), Susan Shahan, Gina Wilson (David), Pamela Silcox and Melissa Leamon (Wayne); and his niece Thomas "Buddy" Lillard.
