He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee and Audrey O. Moore; and his siblings, Brian Moore, Bruce Moore and Tina Marie Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Marie Tribe (Bryce A. Tribe) and Melany Nicole Rose; his granddaughters, Sadie M. Tribe I. Dixon (Chaseton), Josie R. Tribe and Bethany Rose; and his great grandchild Khylan I. Tribe-Dixon.
