Bobbie touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Bobbie’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Gray Jakes Cooke (Thomas DeWitt Cooke) and Christian (Lord); and her siblings, Tomie D. Cooke, Morris B. Cooke, Billy Joe Cooke, Magnus Snoddy, Viola Agee and June Brannon.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Beatrice Cooke. She is also survived by two nieces, seven nephews, and numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
