With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher Eric Minchey of Old Hickory, Tennessee, who passed away on July 28, 2025 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Christopher Eric shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Christopher Eric farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Minchey Sr.; and his grandparents, Roger, Mildred Hampton, Joe Minchey and Willie Mae Bigg.
He is survived by: his daughter Jocelyn Minchey; his brother Bobby Minchey Jr.; and his niece Destiny A Minchey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hermitage Funeral Home (535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
