He is survived by: his wife Jean Raymer Chaffin; his daughter Christol Creason Chaffin of Franklin, TN; his stepdaughters, Kimberly May Hayes (Mike) and Karen May Marklein (Jim); his grandchildren, Madelyn Raymer Hayes of Dallas, TX, Emily Caroline Creason of Tampa, FL, Robert Cade Marklein, Michael Glenn Hayes, Jr. (Savannah) and Claire Patton Marklein; his caregivers, Michelle, Christy (High Point Hospice), Shari Chatman (Preferred Home Health), Pamela B, Jasmine J (Be Blessed), Curtis and Vanessa Moore; and also Claire Patton Marklein.
