He is survived by: his wife LaDonna J. Ramsey; his sons, Jeremy Ramsey (Amber) and Jesse E. Ramsey III; his grandchildren, McKenzie Ramsey, Ethan Ramsey, Kellen Ramsey and Jackson Ramsey; his sister Phyllis Hunter; and his nieces, Maribeth Felts (Steve), Sloane Hunter and Rachel Ramsey.
