He was predeceased by : his parents, Anna Jewel Hailey (Stevens) and Hilary Edward Hailey, Sr.; and his brother Steve Moore Hailey. He is survived by : his daughters, Pam Rice (Ron) and Sheri Raymer (Ross); his grandchildren, Stephanie Miller (Jason), Austin Rice (Teal Gang), Kristy Ross (Robert), Ross Raymer, III and Garrett Raymer; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Miller, Silas Miller, Franklin Ross and Alexander Ross.
