He was predeceased by: his father Willis Jonte; and his daughter Kimberly Ann Jonte. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Deena Jonte; his grandson Weylyn; and his siblings, Wanda Abbott (Skip), Teresa Stokes, Joseph Jonte (Debbie) and Al Jonte (Steph). He is also survived by 6 nephews and 4 nieces.
