He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pugh and Ruby Pugh; and his sister Betty Kilpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Pugh; his sons, Keith Pugh (Georgene), Kevin Pugh (Kathy) and Kelly Pugh (Shannon); his grandchildren, Wesley, Nicklaus, Thomas, Alexandra and Stephen; his great grandchildren, Noah, Olivia, Madlynn and Skylar; his brother-in-law Troy Kilpatrick; and his niece Melanie Collins.
