He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moore and Victoria Hand (Poole); and his brother Micky Howell. He is survived by: his wife Neldia Moore; his children, Randy Moore, Kimberly Hornsby, Traci Rury (Rick) and Gina Moore; and his siblings, Ricky Howell, Anita Offutt (Joe), Carol Hunter (Homer) and Kathy Webb (Johnny). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
