We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2023, at the age of 88, Joel Antonio Hoffman of Old Hickory, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Hoffman and Sibenia Green Hoffman; and his wife Vivian Joyce Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Sloan, Shelley Josey (Jessie "Bubba"), Greg Proctor and Kim Birdwell (Dean); his daughter-in-law Tena Sloan; his sister Rosella Mott; his grandchildren, Jensen Sloan, Zac Johnson (Hannah), Daniel Waggoner (Kaelynn) and David "Little Anthony" Koehler; his great grandchildren, Cruz Adams, Aiden Johnson, Hadley Johnson, Walker Waggoner, Ruby Waggoner, Kenden Koehler and Weston Koehler; his nieces and nephews, Ronnie Hoffmann (Sharon), David Hoffmann (Sharon), Scott Hoffman (Shelley), David Hieserich, Tim Hieserich (Cili), John Hieserich (Karen), Terry Hieserich (Deb), Tom Hieserich, Mariah Steele, Debra Hieserich and Patricia Arbogast; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chaz Hoffmann (Ivie), Kayla Kennedy (Dan), Tonya Mullins (Gary), Jamie Shaw, Levi Hoffman and Cody Hoffman; and also, Tommy Hoffman, Austin Kennedy, Jared Shaw, Clara Hoffman, Lucy Hoffman, Lily Mullins, Ryan Kennedy, Zane Mullins and Jordan Shaw.
