Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kathryn Dungan of Old Hickory, Tennessee, born in Science Hill, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 98, on February 8, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Ramey Godby and Anna Bell Butt Godby; her husband Maurice Dungan; and her son Stephen Dungan. She is survived by: her children, Samuel of Lexington, KY, Judy (Tom) of Helena, AL and Kathy (Don) of Old Hickory, TN.; and her grandchildren, Bill of Crofton, MD, Becky of Lakewood, CO, Michael of Old Hickory, TN, Amy of Oveido, FL, Bryant of Louisville, KY, Jessica of Las Vegas, NV and Robbie of Lexington, KY.. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.

The family asked that in lieu of flowers, that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Science Hill Garden Club.
