He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Freeman-Bellar; his sons, Keith Bellar (Shannon) and Kory Bellar (Danielle); his grandchildren, Calista, Mackensi, Keiran, Azleanna and Georgia; and his siblings, James Bellar and Linda Tucker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Liver Foundation.
